RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY INFORMATION

Please contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

 

Item must be UNOPENED and UNUSED by the buyer, and is in new condition with all original packaging, the buyer can return the product within 30 days of date of receipt as shown on Tracking with  a 10% Restocking Fee.  Return shipping is buyer responsibility.  We encourage Buyer to use Trackable Postage Services that include delivery and inform Good Health Tech of Tracking information.  All shipping, packaging, handling and related charges are not refundable.  Buyer risks forfeiture of refund for any returns shipped without Tracking that get lost during transit.  We can also generate a Return Shipping Label for you to which shipping can be deducted at refund. 

 

The Return Policy does NOT apply when the returned item:
•    Does not have original packaging
•    Was improperly packaged is damaged in shipping
•    Is returned after 30 days from delivery

•    Was damaged by you or deemed in unsaleable condition
•    Shows any signs of usage
•    Does not have a Return Authorization Number
 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order for a 100% refund if we have not yet processed and shipped the order.

If the order has already been processed and shipping has been purchase, you can reject the package when it arrives to you to have the package returned back to Good Health Tech.  Shipping, packaging, handling and related charges are not refundable. 

 

However, if you have accepted the package, you will be responsible for Return Shipping, and any outbound Shipping costs that has been paid will not be refunded .  We encourage Buyer to use Trackable Postage Services that include delivery and inform Good Health Tech of Tracking information.  All shipping, packaging, handling and related charges are not refundable.  Buyer risks forfeiture of refund for any returns shipped without Tracking that get lost during transit.
