Foods today are far less nutritious and far less mineral and electrolyte-rich

The way we eat has changed more in the last 40 years than in the previous 4,000 years.  Commercial farming techniques, including the use of pesticides, fertilizers and genetically modified organisms (GMO's), have left our fruits, vegetables and meats lacking in Organically Complexed Ionic Macro and Micro (Trace) Minerals.  The fact is, grocery stores no longer sell mineral rich foods.

Although modern farming techniques are producing foods that appear bigger, brighter and better, the unfortunate reality is they are far less nutritious and far less mineral and electrolyte rich.

"Laboratory tests prove that the fruits, the vegetables, the grains, the eggs, and even the milk and meats of today are not what they were just a few generations ago. No man of today can eat enough fruits and vegetables to supply his system with the minerals he requires for perfect health." (Quote from the United States Senate Document 264 printed in 1936)
